Labor Day!!

I will not write much today, I will only let you know I did not reach my goal for the week. I weighed in at 367.5. My goal for this weak is 358 - 9.5 pounds to lose. I am pretty confidant that I will reach this goal. I will set the same goals this week as I did for last week. I will:
  1. Not Eat Seconds
  2. Not eat "leftovers" from my kids plates
  3. Not eat past 6:00 p.m.
  4. Will drink ALL my water for the day - approx. 1 gal.
  5. Will exercise for a minimum of 15-20 minutes Monday through Saturday. 6 x's this week
