I have recently been challenged on the statement that I need to exercise more to lose weight. While I thought it was a given that exercise is important to weight loss, obviously it isn't (a given). I stepped on the scale anticipating a gain since I ate pizza the day before, and I was right. I weighed in at 368.5. This leaves me 10.5 pounds to lose o reach my goal for this week. It is as I said yesterday there must be a change. I cannot lose weight eating the way I have. It must take a COMPLETE overhaul. Good news; I didn't eat any of my kids leftovers yesterday!! That is a bit of good news! One small step in the right direction.
