What a Week!!!!

 I do apologize for not writing consistently this week. It has been crazy. I'm still trying to adjust my schedule to get the most done and it is coming together by trial and error ( Not to mention VERY slowly.) I will continue to work out the kinks...if it's possible and will attempt to write more consistently next week. I have begun a new work out in the mornings. I have a "step" that I simply step up and down on. I began to do this once I saw that running stairs for 1 hr. burns over 1,000 cal. I simply try to last 30 min.! It's NOT easy. It is true, however that nothing worth having is easy.
